Usage Instructions: Adults and children 12 years and over: Take one to two liquid gels every 4 to 6 hours. Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours. Children under 12 years: Consult a doctor.
Caution: Consult your doctor before using Benadryl if you have a history of glaucoma, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, or are taking other sedatives or tranquilizers. Do not use with any other products containing diphenhydramine, even one used on the skin.
